Suthesh

Suthesh is from Kerala in India. He began his yoga training as a teenager in his local ashram and completed it in Bangalore. Before coming to the UK he was an instructor at various Health Spas in Dubai. Suthesh is a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK.

The class style he provides is active and dynamic covering a variety of yoga postures and breathing exercises that leave you deeply relaxed.
