My personal path of spirituality, self-development, and therapeutic training has cultivated a deep desire in me to be of service to others. Since qualifying as an Advanced Hypnotherapist in 2012, I have spent the last five years dedicating my practice solely to Spiritual Regression, specialising in Past Life Regression Therapy, Interlife Therapy (Afterlife Memories), and the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), which is the exact method developed by world pioneer of hypnotic regression and renowned author Dolores Cannon.

I hold the distinction of being part of the first wave of QHHT® practitioners in Scotland and was one of the first two in the country to be registered on the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy’s official practitioner list as Level 2 certified. This advanced level of certification signifies enhanced training in the core components of QHHT® and reflects a proven track record of sessions reviewed and approved by the Academy.

During a regression therapy session, I guide you through a deep transformational journey of self-discovery, helping you to reconnect to your inner teacher and guide, to bring forward clarity and healing. This most loving part of you, often called the Higher Self, assists you in finding the understanding, joy, and purpose needed to manifest your truest goals.

As a Trauma-Informed therapist, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe space for you to explore and process the origins of your challenges, that are frequently found within past-life experiences. This work can be life changing and a powerful catalyst for personal growth, expansion, and self-healing, freeing you from self-imposed limitations and blocks, to realise your true potential.
