Madi
I’m Madi McRostie, a dedicated yoga practitioner trained in Hatha Yoga, with a growing love for Ashtanga Yoga and the deeper, more soulful roots of the practice.  I’m also drawn to exploring sound and simple vocal practices as a way of connecting more deeply with breath and presence.
My teaching and personal journey are inspired by a sense of wonder through science, daily practice and spirituality. In my classes, I create space for students to connect more fully with themselves, weaving together breath, movement, and curiosity to support growth both on and off the mat. Whether I’m guiding you through an energising flow or offering a quiet moment of reflection, I bring warmth, humour and a touch of wonder to every class.
