Carol first attended yoga classes as a student more than 20 years ago, and she still finds joy in the inclusivity of a yoga practice and the relief from stress that it can bring. In 2012 Carol qualified as a teacher with Yoga Scotland, and continues to attend courses to enhance her teaching practice.

She has a particular interest in adapting yoga for people who are less able, have disabilities or are living with long term health conditions. She also teaches chair based yoga.

Carol's classes are gentle Hatha yoga, and are fun and suitable for all abilities. She also teaches one-to-one sessions which can be booked by contacting her directly on 07748 384 635 which is also the number for pre-booking her new Friday morning classes that start on 5th November.
