Most of the studio classes will finish w/e 15th December but both the Monday 18th December evening classes will be on - Suthesh at 6pm and Finn at 7.30pm. Christmas Candlelight Meditation on Tuesday, 19th and Carol will be taking her 10am Friday class on the 22nd.

Everyone is most welcome – please bring family and friends. The seated meditation
will be for 30 minutes with focus on Peace to the World at Christmas.
There will be seats for those who would prefer a chair rather than the floor.
followed by lovely things to eat and drink plus lots of fun and chat.
Food and drink contributions for the table are very welcome.
Donations for the evening will go to Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland www.chss.org.uk
The yoga studio will then be closed for Christmas and New Year and the first January 2024 classes will be on the 4th of January for June’s 10am Thursday class and Finn’s Ashtanga class at 6pm
